Questions

Before we scope the job

Share the application and operating conditions early so the right technical review and project support can be arranged.

Can I request products without booking installation?

Yes. Product enquiries and field services can be scoped separately. Share the application details and SAE can coordinate the appropriate product review and quotation.

Can SAE help identify the right fitting or tooling?

SAE can collect the line and application information and coordinate a technical review with the relevant product team. Final selection depends on the system specifications and engineering requirements.

Do you provide onsite training?

Onsite training and installation support can be arranged for selected project scopes. Training content, availability and any formal certification are confirmed with the manufacturer and client before the work is booked.

Do you hold stock locally?

Stock and tooling availability depend on the project and product requirement. Initial enquiries are handled project by project so supply and tooling can be matched to confirmed demand.

Can you provide offshore rigging and hydraulic personnel?

SAE can discuss project-based mechanical, hydraulic, rigging and lifting support. Personnel, competencies, equipment, travel and mobilisation requirements are confirmed against the specific scope.

Where does SAE operate?

The initial focus is South Africa, Namibia, Angola, Mozambique and Congo. Contact SAE to discuss a project elsewhere in the region.

How are delivery and lead times confirmed?

Product availability, delivery destination and the selected components determine the supply arrangements. Lead times and commercial terms are confirmed in the proposal before an order is placed.

Can tooling be included?

Tell us the fitting series, sizes and installation programme. The required tool, head, dies and gauges are identified together; supply or deployment arrangements are confirmed for the project.

Can we book training without installation?

Yes. Training can be scoped separately for client technicians, or combined with installation support. Location, participant experience, equipment and assessment requirements are agreed before booking.
